Custom Designs
 Riverland offers a number of pre-designed, moderately priced home packages but our unique calling is focused on Custom Designs. Our state-of-the-art design software allows us to take the clients ideas and fully develop them to the point of being able to finalize each and every detail before the first shovel full of dirt is turned.
Once your design features are digitized into the software, additional programs reveal stress load hot-points and design variations virtually eliminating problems such as cracked drywall and stuck windows and doors from unanticipated load shifts.
After the final design is agreed to, the data is converted to construction build information software that drives the rest of the build process both in the panelizing facility and at the construction site.
